More than 60,000 industry professionals gathered to learn about established companies as well as up-and-coming brands and attend education sessions that addressed the consumer packaged goods industry's pain points and topics like organic and regenerative agriculture.

This year's event also featured an adjusted show schedule that was designed to increase ROI for exhibitors, reduce crowding, allow space for more buyer-only hours, and simplify the product discovery journey.

"We are continuously introducing and testing new ideas to improve the attendee experience at our trade shows and conferences," said Danica Cullins, executive vice president of health and nutrition at Informa Markets North America, in a statement.

"Following Expo West 2024, we sent out surveys to gauge visitor sentiment and identify areas of improvement," she continued. "Fresh off the success of the inaugural Newtopia Now event in August, we are launching initiatives that further elevate our events and continue to offer tangible benefits for our visitors."
