Carnival Cruise Lines may be best known for its vacations, but it also offers three- to five-day getaways ideal for corporate retreats. And on those journeys, companies can take advantage of Carnival's new Corporate University program, implemented two months ago. Sessions include "Cruising to Communication," for verbal and nonverbal communication skills; "Charting the Course," for effective leadership strategies; and "Creativity by Design," for tapping into creativity.
