Melissa Ward Schorsch
August 30, 2012

The color red has forever been an attention-grabbing hue, and event producers for the upcoming Emmys Governor's Ball on September 23 are taking advantage of the glamorous, notice-me color. Here's how to copy the look for your next event.

Washing a space in red lights is a simple but effective statement, which is what Stoelt Productions did at New York's American Museum of Natural History for this year's Clio Awards.

Target's contribution to the Read Across America campaign in 2011 came via shelves filled with iconic Dr. Seuss books. The bright-red-colored structures placed in the New York Public Library doubled as the tables for the buffet stations.
