Last Tuesday marked Deanna MacLennan’s first day as the special events manager at the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network. MacLennan, who formerly worked as the nonprofit’s assistant community outreach coordinator, is now planning the organization’s annual fund-raiser and volunteer training seminars, as well as its trade shows and other events.
