Attendees at this year's Comic-Con got a sneak peek at the upcoming launch of Activision's Deadpool game through a guerrilla-marketing approach conceived by L.A-based agency Ignited. The group brought a costumed version of the wacky, mentally unstable Marvel comics character of the same name for antics at the event, previously unknown to the show's official organizers or the San Diego Convention Center. As part of the campaign orchestrated by Ignited, the character engaged in such antics as interrupting the Marvel Games panel discussion, stunts designed to capture the attention of fans prior to unveiling a special Comic-Con trailer for the new game.
