The Event Innovation Forum—a new conference from BizBash and the Event Leadership Institute—is one month from today. On October 24 at the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center in New York, 20 thought leaders, influencers, and creative thinkers will share their latest success stories, innovative strategies, and creative breakthroughs.
Here are a few highlights of the program curated by BizBash editor in chief Chad Kaydo and E.L.I. executive director Howard Givner:
Author and Wired magazine editor Bill Wasik—who organized the first flash mob—will discuss how online trends are affecting offline gatherings.
Designer David Stark will share his creative process, detailing how his team brainstorms and executes innovative ideas for clients such as Target.
Executives from the likes of Groupon, Stoli, and Bonnaroo will take you behind the scenes of their most innovative events.
You'll hear firsthand accounts of remaking an iconic industry event, producing events in the Middle East, and using R.F.I.D. technology to power social media integration.
The conference sessions will be in three 90-minute sessions, all in the same room, so all attendees can hear all presentations. The conference also includes a lunch with an interactive presentation, as well as admission to the BizBash IdeaFest.
