1. Open for events since January, Loft on Lake is a 60- by 40-foot photo studio in the West Loop. With brick walls and a 65-foot skylight, the space can accommodate receptions for 200. An open kitchen provides a prep area for caterers.

2. Logan Square Kitchen opened in late September. With exposed brick walls and fixtures made from reclaimed wood, the space is LEED certified and houses a commercial kitchen that allows chefs to prepare meals on site. The venue can host sit-down dinners for 77 and receptions for 100.
