The newest addition to Toronto's waterfront is Bamboo Cabana—a 23,000-square-foot multilevel complex incorporating a concert hall, dining room, lounge area, and a themed restaurant modelled after a 19th-century sailing ship. The versatile venue can accommodate groups as large as 2,000 and offers a state-of-the-art sound system and fusion cuisine created from Latin, Thai, and Caribbean influences. The space also allows outside caterers to work in the fully equipped kitchen.
