ACTIVITY: Cooking Up a Cooperative Team

If you can't take the heat at the office, maybe you should get Into the Kitchen. In August, Into the Kitchen will offer a corporate teambuilding experience using the kitchens of Centro, Flow, Mistura, and Splendido as classrooms. Participants arrive at 10 AM and work together under the tutelage of an experienced chef to prepare a multi-course tasting menu lunch, which they will then sit down and eat as a group. The experience teaches time management and creative problem solving in a cooperative work environment. The price starts at $200 per person; this includes the meal, tax, and tip—but not beverages or alcoholic drinks. —Robyn Small
