Saturday's gala will benefit the project, which is focused on alleviating poverty in the developing world through partnerships with the mining community. Canadian actor Eugene Levy will host the fund-raiser, the tickets for which—according to The Toronto Star—have been "selling like hotcakes on Bay Street," with prices ranging from $25,000 to $300,000 per table.
