Here's a look at the best new Las Vegas restaurants, hotels, party rooms, corporate event venues, conference centers, and private rooms to open this spring. These new and renovated Las Vegas venues can accommodate groups large or small for private and corporate events, meetings, business dinners, cocktail parties, conferences, weddings, and more.

Jeff Beacher, creator and host of Beacher’s Madhouse, has brought his Vaudeville-inspired show to the MGM Grand Hotel & Casino. His show takes place in an 8,500-square-foot theater, which guests enter through a speakeasy-like passageway hidden behind a bookshelf. Instead of traditional auditorium-style chairs, the nightclub-like seating consists of tufted leather couches, velvet-covered banquettes, and café tables and chairs. It opened in December and holds 532 guests for receptions.

Brooklyn Bowl—the activity entertainment complex founded in Brooklyn's Williamsburg neighborhood—debuted a Las Vegas location in March. The music, dining, and, bowling venue holds 2,200. Much like its Brooklyn sibling, the Vegas locale has food from Blue Ribbon Restaurants. The venue is part of the Linq, the new restaurant, retail, and entertainment corridor between the Quad Resort & Casino and the Flamingo Las Vegas.

Blvd. Cocktail Company, a craft cocktail bar, opened in March at the Linq. A baby grand piano anchors the 2,700-square-foot space, which has seats 150 or holds 40 for receptions. A 600-square-foot patio, accessed through pocket doors, offers views of the Linq's High Roller observation wheel. Above the piano is a custom art installation by local artist Gabriel Culp. Made from 11,000 LED florescent lights, the cloud-like piece displays visual effects, such as thunderstorm simulations, to accompany performances.

In December, Cannery Casino & Hotel opened the 14-screen Galaxy Luxury & Theatres, available for private screenings and corporate meetings. Its amenities include cushioned leatherette reclining seats with powered footrests, stadium seating, Dolby Atmos sound, and a 500-seat Digital Fusion Experience auditorium. The theater has a gourmet sausage bar as well as beer and wine on tap.

SBE's Double Barrel Roadhouse opened in early March in the Monte Carlo's new plaza. The restaurant and bar spans 12,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor space and holds 400 guests for receptions. The menu has a Southern bent, with dishes such as crispy meatloaf served with sweet bacon-laced ketchup and deep-fried s'mores. The bar menu includes homemade wine coolers made on-site and served in Mason jars.

Original Diva, an Australian salon and hair extensions retailer, opened its flagship United States salon at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino in early February. Designed in a French Provençale style, the sleek space has five hair stations, two stations for makeup services, and a manicure bar. The 1,840-square-foot salon is available for private rentals and holds 80 for receptions.

Sammy’s Restaurant & Bar in Henderson has a 3,000-square-foot space called the living room with floor-to-ceiling windows along three sides, which creates an indoor-outdoor feel. Two private rooms hold as many as 30 guests, and a gaming tavern with a full bar holds 25. The 8-000-square-foot restaurant opened in September.

Hydration spa Reviv opened in August on the Strip. Medical personnel can administer intravenous fluids supplemented with vitamins in various combinations for "energy-booster shots." Orally administered therapies are also available. The spa offers amenities such as iPads, free Wi-Fi, and massage chairs. It is available for groups and holds as many as 15 guests.

Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar introduced a second Las Vegas-area restaurant in January. Located on the Strip, it features new design elements for the chain such as a new back bar design and soft lounge seating, as well as a large wine room that uses the collection as a backdrop. The main dining room seats 90, and a private dining room holds an additional 80. A patio seats 40 or holds 55 for receptions.

The popular breakfast and brunch chain Hash House A Go Go opened in February at the Rio All-Suite Hotel & Casino. The casual spot is known for its large portions and fresh ingredients that go into menu items such as house hashes and scrambles and a one-pound stuffed burger. The eatery seats 308.
