Here's a look at new Las Vegas hotels, conference centers, restaurants, private rooms, and other spaces to open for events this summer. The new and renovated Las Vegas venues are available for conferences, meetings, corporate parties, weddings, fund-raisers, outdoor functions, business dinners, teambuilding activities, and more.

Sushi restaurant Sake Rok opened in April at the Park, the newest outdoor dining and entertainment district on the Strip. The restaurant, which also specializes in cocktails and punch bowls, has a private event space called the Sakura Terrace, which seats 200. The main dining room and mezzanine also seat 200, and the entire 13,000-square-foot space is available for buyout.

Hyde Lounge debuted with T-Mobile Arena in April. Located on the top floor, the nightclub from SBE features bottle service, small plates, and entrees, as well as a variety of seating arrangements. The 18,000-square-foot space can hold 789 reception-style for private parties during events at the arena, and offers views overlooking the arena floor. Amenities include four full-service bars, a DJ booth, and private elevators.

The Tropicana Las Vegas' South Beach-inspired pool club Sky Beach Club debuted in April. Spanning 37,603 square feet, the venue features 18 V.I.P. cabanas that come with ceiling fans, televisions, and refrigerators, as well as two pools, two bars, 29 poolside daybeds, and complimentary lounge chairs. The club also has an outdoor DJ booth with a stage and live table games. The space can hold as many as 2,000 for a variety of events including pool parties, cocktail receptions, or live music performances.

Car-racing track Speed Vegas opened in April, and the rest of its 100-acre motorsports complex is slated to open later this summer. The complex will have 22,000 square feet of event space, with indoor and outdoor observation decks; it will accommodate as many as 1,000 guests for reception-style events. Smaller spaces also are available. The venue will have multimedia and audiovisual services as well as a café.

Beer Park by Budweiser at Paris Las Vegas, the city's first rooftop bar and grill, opened in January. Located on a 10,000-square-foot deck that overlooks the Strip, the space features picnic and high-top tables, a grassy lawn area, an outdoor grill, and more than 100 beers including 36 on tap that can be paired with American fare from the menu and roaming carts. The venue—which has a V.I.P. area for corporate outings and large parties—seats 200 in the dining room and 80 at a rectangular bar. In total, it holds as many as 500 people.

Live performance venue the Foundry opened at SLS Las Vegas in February. The 11,148-square-foot venue features a general admission standing room space, a new 25- by 65-foot stage, and full-motion graphic production. The space also has three bars, V.I.P. booths, and reserved seating. With shows booked by Live Nation, the venue holds as many as 2,000 guests.

Located near the T-Mobile Arena, Beerhaus opened in April in the Park dining and entertainment district. The American-style beer hall offers an array of local and regional beers, along with sandwiches, sausages, and snacks from a menu helmed by chef Nathan Frost. Featuring an outdoor patio and interactive bar games, the 7,150-square-foot venue seats 340 and is available for event rental.

Clique Hospitality's sports restaurant the Still opened at the Mirage in March. Offering classic bar fare and craft cocktails and beers, the rustic 8,000-square-foot interior serves food from the kitchen of a silver, futuristic Airstream trailer. The space seats 200 and is available for private events.

American steakhouse Alder & Birch opened at the Orleans Hotel and Casino in February. Along with prime steaks, the restaurant serves seafood, shared plates, hand-crafted cocktails, and ginger beers made in-house. The 4,590-square-foot space seats 164. For private events, the venue has two private dining rooms that seat 16 and 8 guests respectively.

American gastropub Libertine Social, helmed by chef Shawn McClain, is slated to open at Mandalay Bay this summer. The 5,992-square-foot space will seat 255 and feature a combination of mixed-use and communal seating. The venue will offer a special events menu for "Signature Socials," which can be customized for groups.
