Chops Lobster Bar, a restaurant led by founder and CEO Pano Karatossos, is coming to Boca Raton in early March. It is the first out-of-state venture for Buckhead Life Restaurant Group, a family-owned company that operates a string of innovative eateries in Atlanta's Buckhead area. Offering more than 30 varieties of prime seafood and 15 cuts of prime steak daily from its Royal Palm Plaza location, the restaurant has already hired general manager Mimi Cogan, formerly of Veni Vidi Vici, and scheduled an invitation-only grand opening party for Thursday, March 8, with a special ribbon-cutting, invitation-only reception at 5:30 PM.
