The TripAdvisor Traveling Movie Tour outdoor film festival comes to Huntington Beach Pier Plaza tonight and tomorrow for screenings of Roman Holiday and Planes, Trains & Automobiles. The Michael Alan Group is producing the tour for TripAdvisor.
Guests are encouraged to bring a piece of new or used luggage to contribute to Suitcases For Kids, a nonprofit that arranges luggage donations to foster children. Also as part of the five-city movie festival, TripAdvisor is giving away a trip for two to Rome.
The tour kicked off in New York two weeks ago and then headed to Miami before coming to Southern California. The tour moves next to San Francisco (August 19 and 20 in Union Square), and then to Boston (August 27 and 28 in Boston Common).
