1. Revolution Rock Bar: This multilevel club opened in October 2006. The space includes a comfort-food restaurant, a glittery rock bar that hosts live music three nights a week, and the underground "rock lounge," a private dance area for parties of as many as 150 people.
2. The Estate: This massive, 700-person nightclub opened as the Mansion in a classic theater in February 2007 and switched its name to the Estate in August 2008. The entire venue is available for private parties, as is Suite Boston, the club's 225-person basement lounge.
3. Hard Rock Cafe: After 17 years in Copley Square, this venue relocated to Faneuil Hall in July 2007. The 16,000-square-foot space includes a 400-seat restaurant, a live music area that holds 300, a 125-person patio, and memorabilia from Aerosmith, the Cars, and, of course, Boston.
