Chef Emeril Lagasse and the Palazzo opened Lagasse’s Stadium, a massive restaurant and sports bar complex, on September 3. Inspired by two of the chef’s lifelong passions, cooking and sports, Lagasse’s Stadium has custom sports-viewing walls consisting of nearly 100 high-definition screens capable of showing nearly every major college and professional sporting event. Renovation of the 24,000-square-foot space, formerly the Sportsbook Bar & Grill, began in June.

The sports bar offers access to a street-level outdoor space bordering Las Vegas Boulevard. And the venue has lounge and stadium-style seating as well as luxury boxes for private events. The menu includes updated sports bar and American food classics, plus some of the chef's New Orleans-style dishes.

“As a longtime season ticket holder, on big game days you’ll find me tailgating with friends and supporting my favorite teams,” Lagasse said in a release. “I’m happy to team up again with our friends at the Palazzo to create the ultimate sports establishment. At Stadium, we’ll be serving serious food for serious fans.”

Lagasse’s Stadium is the chef’s third project with the Palazzo and adjoining Venetian. The other two restaurants are the Delmonico Steakhouse at the Venetian and Table 10 at the Palazzo.
