Here’s a closer look at Las Vegas's newest eateries, drinking spots, hotels, conference areas, private rooms, and other spaces available for events this summer. The new and renovated Las Vegas venues are available for corporate parties, weddings, fundraisers, outdoor functions, business dinners, team-building activities, conferences, meetings, and more.
F1 Arcade Las Vegas

F1 Arcade, the world’s first official F1 experiential hospitality brand, is now accepting inquiries for private events at its upcoming flagship location in Las Vegas. Slated to open in October at the Forum Shops at Caesars Palace, the 21,000-square-foot venue will span two floors and feature an outdoor terrace overlooking the Las Vegas Strip. It will be the brand’s largest U.S. location to date. Designed for corporate meetings, social events, product launches, and holiday parties, F1 Arcade Las Vegas will offer exclusive spaces, private rooms, and full buyouts for up to 600 guests. The private Briefing Room includes 23 racing simulators, a 19-foot bar, and dedicated dining and seating for up to 220 guests, plus AV capabilities and a Strip-facing terrace. Additional games like React and Lights Out, along with signature cocktails and mocktails by Drink Masters winner LP O’Brien and a menu of globally inspired dishes, round out the experience. The venue will follow U.S. openings in Boston and Washington, D.C., with future locations planned for Philadelphia, Denver, and Atlanta.

Zaytinya

José Andrés Group has debuted Zaytinya at the Forum Shops at Caesars Palace, bringing a refined Eastern Mediterranean dining experience to the Las Vegas Strip. Open since May, the 8,604-square-foot restaurant is led by head chef Stephanie Martinez and showcases a menu rooted in the culinary traditions of Turkey, Greece, and Lebanon. This marks the first Zaytinya location to include main courses in addition to its signature mezze offerings. Designed in collaboration with Rockwell Group, the space features a Mediterranean-inspired aesthetic with mosaic tiles, a dramatic fireplace, and a backlit bar evoking the Greek evil eye. Zaytinya also offers a cocktail program that emphasizes bold regional flavors. The Las Vegas opening follows the original Washington, D.C., location, which launched in 2002.

Green Valley Ranch Resort

Green Valley Ranch Resort in Henderson, Nev., just minutes from the Las Vegas Strip, is undergoing a $200 million transformation that will fully renovate its 493 guest rooms and suites by 2026. The first phase, set to debut this fall, focuses on the West Tower and includes refreshed Deluxe Rooms, Executive Suites, and the two-bedroom Strip Suite penthouse, complete with rooftop patio and panoramic skyline views. Designed in partnership with Avenue Interior Design, the updated accommodations feature high-end finishes, spa-inspired bathrooms, and upgraded tech amenities. Once complete, the project will also include updates to the East Tower, South Lobby, and the resort’s meeting and convention spaces. Ideal for both leisure and business travelers, the AAA Four Diamond property offers nearly 500 rooms, a 30,000-square-foot spa, an 8-acre backyard pool area, a Regal Cinemas movie theater, multiple restaurants, and a full casino with table games, slots, a bingo room, and a race and sports book.

JW Marriott Las Vegas Resort & Spa and Rampart Casino at The Resort at Summerlin

JW Marriott Las Vegas Resort & Spa and Rampart Casino at The Resort at Summerlin have announced a new partnership with Fabio Viviani Hospitality to revamp the property’s food and beverage program. The collaboration brought all-new Italian restaurant ai Pazzi, which opened this summer; the eatery fits 132 people, with seven at the bar and space for 40 in the private dining room (pictured). The culinary refresh follows a recently completed $75 million multiyear renovation across the hotel, casino, spa, and restaurants. Located in the heart of Summerlin, the AAA Four Diamond resort features over 110,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor event space, nine restaurants, a spa, and a waterfall pool. The adjacent Rampart Casino includes 1,400 slot machines, 32 table games, and a 300-seat Bingo Room.

Peacock Alley at Waldorf Astoria Las Vegas

Waldorf Astoria Las Vegas has unveiled two new venues as part of its ongoing, multimillion-dollar property-wide renovation. The newly reimagined 23rd floor now features Peacock Alley, the brand’s signature bar and lounge, offering sweeping views of the Las Vegas Strip. Designed by Rockwell Group, the elegant space is anchored by a feather-shaped bar beneath a sculptural glass canopy, with floor-to-ceiling windows and a muted desert-inspired color palette. During the day, Peacock Alley serves traditional afternoon tea with globally sourced blends and in-house pastries, including two exclusive teas inspired by Las Vegas: The Showgirl, a bold black tea with passionfruit and florals, and The Meadows, a calming green tea infused with lemongrass.

Hard Shake at Waldorf Astoria Las Vegas

Also debuting on the 23rd floor of the Waldorf Astoria Las Vegas is Hard Shake, an intimate cocktail lounge named after the stylized Japanese bartending technique. Set in the former SkyBar space, Hard Shake features Art Deco touches, deep indigo banquettes, and a moody gold-lit ceiling installation. The cocktail menu focuses on precision and creativity, with drinks like The Katana—made with Hibiki Harmony Whiskey, house-spiced Drambuie, and pecan bitters—highlighting the bar’s craftsmanship. A curated late-night food menu includes elevated small plates such as Honey Shrimp with honey citrus curry and candied walnuts. Both venues mark a new chapter for the 389-room hotel, following completed renovations to guest rooms, suites, and over 15,000 square feet of event space.

Fuel & Fork at Grand Prix Plaza

Fuel & Fork, the new restaurant inside the recently opened F1 Hub at Grand Prix Plaza in Las Vegas, brings elevated comfort food to the world of Formula 1 fandom. The menu features dishes like slow-braised short rib bucatini, truffle smash burgers, spicy pig pizza, and caviar sliders, served in a lively atmosphere where race moments play on large-format screens. Part of a larger fan-focused development, F1 HUB also includes F1 SIMS, a collection of state-of-the-art racing simulators offering a true-to-life driving experience; the country’s largest official Formula 1 store, featuring exclusive merchandise and a life-sized Ferrari F138 replica; and the F1 HUB Lounge, a casual space to enjoy F1-themed cocktails and streaming content. The launch is part of a broader expansion at Grand Prix Plaza, which also includes F1 DRIVE, an official karting attraction, and F1 X, an interactive exhibit space showcasing legendary cars and immersive racing tech.

Wynn Las Vegas

Wynn Las Vegas has unveiled a full renovation of its Fairway Villas, part of an ongoing refresh across the resort. Overseen by Todd-Avery Lenahan, president and chief creative officer of Wynn Design and Development, the updated one- and two-bedroom villas offer a blend of high design and elevated amenities, ranging from 2,411 to 3,224 square feet. Each villa features a private outdoor patio or balcony, marble bathrooms with jetted tubs or steam showers, a full wet bar with bone china, and retail-style closets. Select villas also include private pools and in-suite gyms with views of the resort’s golf course. Additional perks include 24-hour butler service, VIP resort access, airport transportation, and a $200 daily breakfast credit. A signature design detail: Each villa entryway is marked by a hand-selected multimillion-year-old crystal, setting the tone for the nature-inspired interiors and serene, light-filled layout. Overall, the Wynn has 560,000 square feet of meeting and event space.

The Composers Room Showlounge & Restaurant

Located in Las Vegas’ Historic Commercial Center, The Composers Room Showlounge & Restaurant is now available for private and corporate events. Just minutes from the Strip and Harry Reid International Airport, the venue offers a vintage Vegas-inspired atmosphere across several flexible event spaces. The Showlounge accommodates up to 150 guests in classic supper club-style seating, while The Tavern seats 50 guests (21+ only) and includes a full bar and stage. An adjacent all-ages section seats 30, with full venue capacity totaling 296. The space features modern AV capabilities—including LED walls, lighting systems, and professional sound—as well as in-house catering, customizable menus, and on-site parking. With a green room for speakers or performers and entertainment options including a roster of local headliners, The Composers Room aims to provide a turnkey event experience that combines old-school glamour with modern convenience.

AREA15

AREA15, the immersive entertainment district located just off the Las Vegas Strip, has unveiled new details about its ongoing 20-acre expansion, with the first phase—dubbed Zone 2: The Terminals—set to debut in August. The new section adds eight buildings totaling 300,000 square feet of retail, food and beverage, and entertainment space, along with a reimagined Boeing 747 originally built for Burning Man. The aircraft will serve as a multiuse nightlife and event venue anchoring the district’s expanding open-air art collection, which will eventually feature 60 sculptures and 30 murals. The completed buildings will house tenants like Museum of Ice Cream’s largest flagship location, The Escape Game, Dolls Kill, and iFLY Indoor Skydiving, as well as new dining options including Nacho Daddy and Chilango’s Tacos. The expansion builds on AREA15’s evolution from a single-building attraction to a 40-acre entertainment destination.

Nomikai

Now open at The Venetian Resort Las Vegas, Nomikai is a new sushi and speakeasy concept inspired by the Japanese tradition of gathering over food and drinks. Located along the resort’s Restaurant Row, the multidimensional venue—set within the property’s $1.5 billion reinvestment project—offers two distinct experiences: a quick-service sushi counter serving freshly cut rolls, sashimi, and Japanese tea or beer, and a hidden, full-service speakeasy featuring contemporary Japanese cuisine and an extensive whiskey and sake selection. Led by acclaimed chef Setsuji Mitsui, the menu blends traditional techniques with modern flair, making Nomikai a versatile destination for everything from casual lunches to immersive dinners and cocktails. The Venetian Resort is also home to more than 2.25 million square feet of meeting, exposition, and convention space.

Gjelina

Also new at The Venetian Resort Las Vegas is Gjelina, bringing its celebrated, produce-driven California cuisine to the Strip. The Venice Beach favorite—known for its commitment to sustainability and locally sourced ingredients—opened in December 2024, marking its third location. Rooted in founder Fran Camaj’s family heritage, the restaurant offers a warm, purpose-driven dining experience that reflects the original Abbot Kinney outpost’s focus on simplicity and sustainability. Gjelina also offers several private event options, including a lounge that holds 75 for receptions, plus three private dining rooms that hold 20, 25, or 30 people each. For full buyouts, the space can seat 180 or hold 250 for receptions; partial buyouts are also available.
