Three-time James Beard award-winning chef Todd English debuted his latest eatery, Todd English P.U.B. inside Crystals, the luxe retail complex at CityCenter. P.U.B. is a modern interpretation of an English pub, but the name stands for Public Urban Bar. Off the park between Crystals and Aria Resort & Casino, it has an airy feel with high ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows. An elongated bar runs through most of the restaurant and is flanked with wooden booths and long party tables.
The venue, which has a total capacity of 206, offers more than 50 international bottle, keg, and cask beers, including rare varieties. The carvery menu includes a selection of rotisserie meats like prime beef, roast chicken or duck, brisket, and Greek leg of lamb, served by the half- or full-pound. There is also a raw bar and an open-view show kitchen. Patio dining is also available.
A sand-filled hourglass encourages speed-drinking challenges, and bar games include magnetic dartboards and beer pong tables. The bar area also has several plasma TV screens.
