New doughnut concierge service Modern Donut, which opened in the summer of 2016, creates sophisticated doughnuts and Cronut-style treats in creative flavors like s’mores, rocky road, Oreo cheesecake, and matcha green tea. Planners can order online or by phone, with delivery available throughout the Las Vegas valley. Delivery is free for orders of more than $50 and costs $4.99 for orders less than $50.

Launched in May, Fork & Spoon LV hosts private, invitation-only pop-up dinner parties. Local celebrity and executive chefs create special menus for one night only, making each event unique. Attendance is complimentary, and at the end of the meal, diners are asked to pay what they believe their meal was worth. Planners can reserve the experience for private groups, complete with a DJ or live music. For every plate purchased, Fork & Spoon LV donates a meal to local people in need.

Clean the World, which maintains an office in Las Vegas, supplies hygiene kits to homeless shelters, women’s shelters, families in transition, and victims of natural disasters. Planners can arrange to have their groups engage in a hygiene kit-making teambuilding activity, where participants assemble the kits. In 2017, the nonprofit will launch specialty kits for women, children, and veterans that are filled with items specific to those audiences.
