MPI Presents International Awards

Meeting Professionals International presented its annual Meeting Professional awards at its World Education Congress last week in San Francisco. This year's winners were:
  • International Planner of the Year: Steve Kemble, Steve Kemble Event Design, Dallas.

  • International Supplier of the Year: Brian Palmer, National Speakers Bureau, Libertyville, Ill.

  • Tomorrow's Leader: John Ehlenfeldt, CMP, SMG Inc., Long Beach, Calif.

  • Marion N. Kershner Memorial Chapter Leader: Kathleen Cochran, CAE, CMP, National Association of Health Underwriters, Arlington, Va.
The event also marked the first conference for MPI's new president and CEO, Colin Rorrie, CAE.
