Who's Doing What: Smith to Biltmore

Rodney Smith has joined the Millennium Biltmore hotel as its new director of catering sales and conventions services. The 15-year industry vet will oversee a staff of eight and manage the hotel's public and event spaces, including the Crystal ballroom. Smith has previously done stints at Santa Monica's Fairmont Miramar hotel, San Diego's Doubletree Club hotel, and L.A.'s Westin Bonaventure hotel.
