Pratt Exits the Puck

April 3, 2002

The Pratt Institute is vacating the Puck Building, leaving 78,000 square feet of prime space available in the popular event venue, according to Crain's New York Business. The Puck's space agent, Newmark and Company Real Estate, is asking $39 per square foot for rent, but adds that the rate is negotiable. In addition, Kushner Companies, the building's owner, wants to redo the lobby.
