From Los Angeles: All About Oscar Parties

Our West Coast team has their first reports from Oscar night up on our new Los Angeles/Southern California site. The Academy's official Governors Ball alternately glowed pink, purple, blue, and green throughout the night as thousands of clear glass tubes hung from the ceiling. The Elton John AIDS Foundation filled a tent at the Pacific Design Center with a capacity crowd and a vast menu. And nearby Us Weekly and Rolling Stone targeted a younger crowd with loud music, Chinese food, and a pool table. And there's more to come.
