Who's Doing What: Westin Appoints New F&B Director

The Westin New York at Times Square has appointed Eric Dupaix as director of food and beverage. Dupaix will oversee all catering and banquet operations, in addition to menus at Bar 10 and Shula's Steak House. Previously, he was the food and beverage director at Essex House and the Carlyle, and assistant F&B director at the Waldorf.
