Socialista Adding Screening Room

The New York Observer reports that Harvey Weinstein is joining the team behind Socialista, the new club on the West Side with lefty- (far left) influenced decor. (Other backers of the club include Giuseppe Cipriani and Trudi Styler.) The movie mogul will help finance a screening room at the venue, which will also house a café serving Cuban cuisine. The search for a chef is ongoing.
