Long known for its multitude of family-oriented properties, Orlando is now building its inventory in the high-priced market with an all-time-high occupancy rate recorded at Orlando's Ritz-Carlton this summer and at least two more luxury hotels in the works. The two forthcoming hotels are the previously reported Waldorf Astoria and a new Four Seasons Resort within Walt Disney World, which will include fractional and single-family homes and a branded 18-hole golf course.
