The new and renovated Orlando/Central Florida venues are available for corporate parties, weddings, fundraisers, outdoor functions, business dinners, team-building activities, conferences, meetings, and more.

Cafe-Boutique PIANO

On Aug. 4, the 1,400-square-foot Cafe-Boutique PIANO will celebrate its official grand opening in Hannibal Square. The restaurant features European-style cuisine ranging “from the East to the West.” Cafe-Boutique PIANO has capacity for 40-55 guests to enjoy live shows each night where musicians play on an antique piano. While relishing in the music, guest are encouraged to devour the venue's tasty bites, unique desserts, and coffee. Custom artwork created by co-owner Larisa Makhaev will also be for sale. HAVEN Kitchen and Lounge at Lake Nona Wave Hotel

HAVEN, located inside the Lake Nova Wave Hotel, opened in December and features both outdoor and indoor spaces for guests to enjoy. HAVEN Kitchen spans 1,000 square feet of indoor dining space for 133 seated guests to enjoy Floridian cuisine with Mediterranean flare. The restaurant is available for buyouts for breakfast, lunch, or dinner and features dishes such as grilled mahi mahi tacos and specialty cocktails like the Iris 75, a blend of Tanqueray No. 10, butterfly pea tea, lemon, and Chandon Brut Rose. Meanwhile, the outdoor HAVEN Lounge spans 2,500 square feet, and the on-site HAVEN pool boasts neon-colored cabanas and lounge chairs for guests to relax in. Throughout the space, emerald green and midnight blues are offset by gold accents and lush greenery for an eye-catching design.

PopStroke Orlando Waterford Lakes

Famed golfer Tiger Woods partnered with entrepreneur Greg Bartoli to open the newest location of the entertainment and experiential golf experience venue PopStroke in June. The duo has other PopStroke locations around Florida in Fort Myers, Sarasota, and Port Saint Lucie. The new Orlando outpost boasts 10,935 total square feet, including two 18-hole putting courses designed by Tiger Woods himself and TGR Design. There's also a full-service restaurant on-site, plus activities for the whole family, including an outdoor dining area, playground, alfresco gaming, and an ice cream shop. Different event packages include The Birdie, The Eagle, and The Hole In One, which are all available for up to 75 guests. Each course also features unique activities and menus to satisfy each group's taste. Full buyouts are available; inquire within.

Bacán at Lake Nona Wave Hotel

The Lake Nona Wave Hotel welcomed Bacán in December. The 2,000-square-foot, 154-seat, upscale dining destination can be bought out during the day as a private event space, starting at $3,000. Design highlights include jewel-toned seating and a 20-foot, colorful mural. Food is helmed by chef Guillaume Robin, who put a Central and South American influence on the dishes and techniques he used to perfect the menu. All dishes—including duck breast, a lobster and burrata tostada, grilled street corn ribs, and more—are prepared in an eye-catching, open-kitchen that anchors the space. To accompany the fare, featured cocktails include the Guava Ginen (Saint Benevolence Clarin Rum, Licor 43, guava soda, lime, and Angostura) and Neptunia Fizz (Hendrick’s, fresh lime, soda water, and sliced cucumber).

Kavas Tacos + Tequila

Kavas Tacos + Tequila is a 7,000-square-foot, upscale Mexican restaurant slated to debut at The Pointe Orlando later this month. The original concept was curated by Meraki Food Group—the restaurant group behind Taverna Opa Orlando and Tapa Toro, both located on International Drive. Full buyouts will be available and can accommodate up to 600 guests. Kavas Tacos & Tequila also boasts private and semi-private event spaces. Rooms are named after iconic Mexican women throughout history such as the Selena Room, the Frida Lounge, the Lola Patio, and the Dolores Patio. The Selena room can seat 84 guests or hold 100 reception style and comes equipped with AV capabilities for meetings or business lunches. The Frida Lounge features a semi-private booth area that can hold up to 50 guests, and an indoor/outdoor bar anchors the colorful space. Here, guests are served margaritas and palomas, Mexican Spritzes, and non-alcoholic agua frescas.
