The Hilton Orlando hotel opened in September with several new amenities for groups, including the steak house Spencer’s.
The 2,500-square-foot restaurant is outfitted with chocolate brown banquettes, espresso-colored two tops, and rounds of five to seat as many as 120 people in the main dining room. An open kitchen provides diners with a glimpse of the prime steaks and fresh local seafood and organic produce that are served daily.
The lounge area at the entrance to the restaurant can host groups of about 60 among the banquettes, highboys, and bar seating. For more intimate affairs, there is a 12-seat private dining room that can hold 20 for cocktails, and a temperature-controlled wine room that seats eight.
The patio is also available for events and has a mix of tables and couches for about 32. The entire restaurant can accommodate about 250 for a buyout. For presentations, audiovisual equipment can be arranged through the hotel.
