1. Wyndham Grand Orlando Resort Bonnet Creek Boardroom

The 300-square-foot Horizon boardroom at the Wyndham Grand Orlando Resort Bonnet Creek has seating for 10 at a conference table. The room is on the 14th floor of the new hotel and has a small balcony with views of Walt Disney World in the distance.

2. Atlantis Kitchen at Renaissance Orlando at Sea World

The Atlantis Kitchen is a unique venue inside the Renaissance Orlando at Sea World. The interactive, open kitchen can accommodate up to 50 guests. Guests can join in the meal preparation or sit back and watch the chefs demonstrate the latest culinary techniques.

3. Waldorf Astoria Orlando Boardroom

The Astor boardroom is one of 15 rooms for small gatherings at the Waldorf Astoria Orlando. The room has seating for 12 or can host a reception for up to 43 people.

4. Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek

The Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek has more than 30 rooms suitable for small gatherings, some with views of the pool and golf course. The Duval boardroom can seat 12 people or accommodate 48 for a reception.

5. Prato

Prato is a new Winter Park restaurant from the owners of Luma on Park. The menu features a variety of regional, Italian-inspired dishes in a rustic, familial atmosphere. The 4,300-square-foot restaurant has seating for 145 inside and 25 on the front patio.

6. Peabody Orlando

The 2,000-square-foot Penthouse Suite at the Peabody Orlando has 900-square-feet of entertaining space in the parlor. The room has seating for 24, including at the dining table and in sofas and lounge chairs. For larger group, 20 additional chairs can be brought in.

7. Hilton Orlando Boardrooms

The Hilton Orlando has nine boardrooms in a secluded wing of the East tower. The rooms range in size from 537 square feet to the largest Championsgate Board Room (pictured) at 1,392 square feet. Six of the rooms offer views of the hotel's recreational area.

8. Urban ReThink

Urban ReThink is a contemporary shared workspace in downtown Orlando’s Thornton Park neighborhood that is available for private events. The venue includes the Garage, for groups up to 20, and the Board Room that has seating for six. The entire 1,000-square-foot venue is available for buyout and can accommodate 130 people.

9. The Table

For a truly private dining experience, try The Table in the Dellagio complex. The 1,000-square-foot restaurant has just one long granite table that seats 22. The menu changes nightly but always includes five courses paired with five wines. For meetings, the room offers a 70-inch flat-panel monitor and Wi-Fi.

10. XL Gallery

XL Gallery, a 1,000-square-foot art bar in downtown Orlando, adds an artsy flair to gatherings. The owners change the graffiti-style artwork—and wall color—every six weeks. The venue has lounge furniture and bar stools to seat 30, or can accommodate 40 for a reception. Outside caterers are welcome.
