Suitable for private events or large-scale parties, Orlando’s Bento Asian Kitchen & Sushi offers a fresh-to-order, interactive catering option. The fast-casual concept serves pan-Asian eats, with its signature sushi station featuring a private chef rolling selections such as California, volcano, and shrimp tempura rolls; cost starts at $50 per hour. In addition, catering platters of fried dumplings, pork egg rolls, shrimp tempura, and edamame ($25 for small and $45 for large) or fried rice, lo mein, and stir fry, along with a choice of protein (from $45 to $60), are available.

The Dinner Party Project was originally created as an experiential, invite-only series, but founder Dana Marie Roquemore recently expanded to hosting private dinner parties for clients. From small, intimate gatherings for as many as 14 people to larger corporate events, the new service includes one cocktail, five courses, wine, and coffee for $65 per person.

Tamarac, Florida-based Just Bar's new Estonia collection includes a Royal dining, high-top, and high-top communal tables, plus a matching bar. The laminate surface features a sleek striped pattern in gray, black, and white. The rental company services Orlando, Tampa, Jacksonville, Miami, Fort Lauderdale, and Naples as well as Las Vegas and Southern California, with items available for shipping nationwide. With the ability to accommodate events of as many as 200 people, Em's Neighborhood Kitchen is a new catering and personal chef company, which operates out of East End Market's commissary kitchen. Prices for private dinner gatherings range from $15 to $100 per person, depending on budget. In addition, owner and chef Emily Weidner is also working on integrating bartending services.
