Here's a closer look at Dallas/Fort Worth’s newest eateries, drinking spots, hotels, conference areas, private rooms, and other spaces available for events this summer. The new and renovated Dallas/Forth Worth venues are available for corporate parties, weddings, fundraisers, outdoor functions, business dinners, team-building activities, conferences, meetings, and more.
A note regarding COVID-19: Some of the venues listed here may not yet be available for hosting events due to the pandemic, or they may be operating at a lower capacity.
Beehive Dallas
Beehive Dallas, a coworking space, showroom, conference center, and wellness center, opened its doors in October. Set in the Design District, the unique venue offers a blank canvas for events—from business meetings and trainings sessions to meditations, team-building activities, and celebrations. Planners can host groups in the 6,500-square-foot designated event space, which boasts space for 150 seated guests or 250 cocktail style. There's also a 1,200-square-foot event room and a training room of the same size, which can each fit 30-50. Beehive Dallas also boasts an 800-square-foot alfresco space that can accommodate up to 25 seated guests or 50 for cocktail events. Different spaces offer different benefits such as dual screens, wired worktables, or portable AV setups. The venue works with several local restaurants for catering needs.

Flower Child Fort Worth
Flower Child opened a Fort Worth outpost in April, marking the brand’s 10th Texas location. The health-focused eatery is known for dishes like cauliflower “risotto” with lemon gremolata and toasted breadcrumbs, a vegan ginger miso crunch salad, and avocado hummus. Rattan lighting fixtures, floor-to-ceiling windows, and chic green accents adorn the indoor-outdoor eatery, which seats as many as 64 in the 3,500-square-foot dining room and 40 on the 650-square-foot patio.

Tre Mogli
May brought the opening of Tre Mogli, an elegantly chic Italian restaurant in the Near Southside's South Main Village in Fort Worth. The sweeping, two-story venue spans 7,500 square feet. The 1,500-square-foot upper level is available for private events for as many as 75 seated guests, or up to 140 for cocktail parties. The authentic Italian menu features seasonal, from-scratch dishes like cacio e pepe bucatini, veal scallopini, shrimp scampi, and squash blossoms arrabbiata, which guests can enjoy alongside craft cocktails and an extensive wine list.

Another Round
Indoor mini-golf venue and bar Another Round expanded from 5,000 square feet to 8,800 square feet in June. Formerly a 12-hole course, the space has been recreated as two themed, nine-hole courses—Night and Daze. In addition, Another Round now also boasts the first-ever Duffleboard (a unique tabletop golf game) course east of the Rockies, and guests can utilize a golf simulator loaded with more than 1,000 courses to play on demand. An on-site bar and patio includes cornhole, mini pickleball, and other fun games.

District Dallas
In May, northern California-based restaurant and bar District opened its first Texas location at Village on the Parkway in Addison. The menu includes globally inspired seasonal dishes (think: sweet potato pakoras, fontina and spinach arancini, and hamachi crudo). At 3,800 square feet, the venue seats 94 inside and 40 on the patio. Decor accents include rustic chandeliers, exposed wood, and a combination of lounge seating, banquettes, and high-top tables.

Restaurant Beatrice
Restaurant Beatrice in Oak Cliff debuted in May. The Cajun outpost occupies a charming former home, with elegant details like coffered ceilings, imported stained glass windows, and gold leaf wallpaper. Seating is available for 50 in the dining room, eight at the bar, and 60 outside. Planners can choose from two dining experiences: formal fine dining in the 800-square-foot dining room, and an 800-square-foot casual, down-home vibe outside. The chefs source local ingredients for mouthwatering dishes like catfish po'boys, shrimp and grits, and fried chicken. Additional event amenities include Apple TV, a projector, and a Sonos sound system.
