Wednesday nights at the Rubin Museum of Art have been transformed into a casual yet elegant occasion to enjoy a glass of wine while touring through the galleries with co-workers. The Rubin is open from 6 to 9 p.m. EDT for the Himalayan Happy Hour and “An Out-of-Office Experience,” the museum’s new teambuilding tour.
During happy hour, casual, guided teambuilding tours use works of Himalayan art to explore various work styles while encouraging communication and collaboration among colleagues. The experience is designed to empower team members to appreciate disparate work styles and build connections with one another. Meanwhile, local musicians perform sounds from around the globe under the museum’s spiral staircase, and visitors mingle over discounted beer, wine, and Indian and Tibetan treats provided by the café Serai.
