Sequel Restaurant and Catering opened in North Toronto three months ago, and offers contemporary European cuisine by chef David Kokai. Owners Lisa Rutland and Eric te Boekhorst chose earth tones of taupe and chocolate to decorate the Art Deco-style venue. The two-storey space accommodates 55, including 25 in the second-floor private room, which boasts a fireplace and cozy bar.
