Publicists from Full Picture emphasized that costumes were essential for access to Heidi Klum’s Halloween party at Privilege—and they weren’t kidding. Everyone from the staffers with the walkies and the clipboards, to the press covering red carpet arrivals, to the guests inside were in the dress-up spirit. Old-fashioned Halloween gags like faux cobwebs decked the club—alongside higher-tech decor like a life-size model of a drunk vomiting in perpetuity into a barrel labeled “inedible.” Dark chocolate candies from sponsor M&M’s covered the tabletops, but most of the crowd—including the Hilton sisters and a smattering of Project Runway contestants—stuck close to the densely packed dance floor, where our new favorite DJ Stonerokk kept the tunes in rotation at a breakneck clip.
