Yesterday, the Prospect Park Alliance and Mayor Michael Bloomberg formally unveiled a holiday lighting installation for Prospect Park sponsored by The New York Daily News . The project, which will continue through January 7, includes LED displays from Brooklyn-based lighting designer Jim Conti over four of the park entrances. Conti, responsible for the lighting of Central Park’s Arsenal building last year, has created color-changing light configurations including a wave-shaped arrangement over Bailey Fountain and a vinelike one on the pergola at the south end of the park.
