On Tuesday night, Bulgari celebrated Elizabeth Taylor's collection of its jewelry with an in-store bash in Beverly Hills. With a showcase of baubles from the actresses' famous inventory—including the Bulgari necklace she wore to accept her 1967 Oscar—the event also included dinner that evoked 1960s Rome. Drawing inspiration from the vacation spot that film stars flocked to in that era, designer Ben Bourgeois of J. Ben Bourgeois Productions turned the dinner tent into a Roman terrace-style setting replete with white linens, ornate patio furniture, and tiered centerpieces filled with lemons.
