The Chius worked with Aliana Events to produce the event, inspired by the Santa Monica Pier, with carnival games, an arcade, puppets, and this oversized Ferris wheel filled with flowers. The most recent iteration on March 25 brought a Western theme to Carondelet House in Los Angeles. Beth Helmstetter Events designed the dance floor, where string lights hung above denim sofa seating and rentals from Found Vintage Rentals.

Ask your designer if he or she will stay for the event's entirety. Jes Gordon, who designed a bar mitzvah in New York (pictured), says her team remains on site for the duration of an event if they are overseeing audiovisual production. If not, they may leave at some point and return for load out.
