Bud Light brought its traveling House of Whatever activation to festival grounds. Produced by Mosaic, the activation had a prominently displayed hashtag—which served as a popular photo backdrop—at its entrance.

The Paddy Wagon is a new Boston-area company that provides inflatable Irish pubs. The 30- by 30-foot blow-up bar has a façade resembling a traditional Irish pub with brick walls and a thatched roof; inside there are windows, tables, doors, and a full bar. The company can also provide Irish food, step dancers, and bartenders.

Provide self-service, secure phone charging for guests with Orlando-based Totally Mod’s charging locker unit. Twenty-four individual lockers are each equipped with three cords—one for iPhone 5, one for iPhone 4, and one micro-USB. Guests create their own four-digit code to secure the locker. The unit has two monitors on top that can run event content, and the four-sided base can be used for sponsor messages. Pricing starts at $3,750 for one week.

Boston design, decor, and planning firm Art of the Event just added rustic furniture rentals to its inventory. Items include the Chateau Bar, $1,500, which is made of grey-washed brown wood; matching Chateau round tables, $150 each; and a whitewashed picnic table with benches, $180.

Attendees took part in intimate “tent talks,” where speakers like Colin Cowie hosted small groups for informal discussions over a picnic lunch inside tents provided by Shelter Company.

While officially buying the building before the gala was always the goal, event planner Sam Palmer was careful to ensure the gathering would be successful even if the timing didn’t work out. “We had a million different plans, because quite frankly, a million details needed to go right for that to happen,' he said. 'Our leadership and board worked very, very hard to get us across the finish line, and it was a beautiful moment.”
