Spirits agency and luxury cocktail caterer Cocktail Academy curated two Valentine’s Day-themed drink recipes. The beverages embrace the romanticism of the holiday and are perfect for toasting to lovers or friends. CEO Matt Landes calls this drink—made with tequila, lemon, hibiscus, raspberry syrup, egg white, and dehydrated raspberry dust—Lady in Red.

Recipe:
2 oz tequila
3/4 oz lemon
3/4 oz hibiscus, raspberry ryrup
1 egg white
dehydrated raspberry dust
Directions: Dust your coupe glass with raspberry dust and add all ingredients to a shaker that's filled completely with ice. Shake vigorously, then strain your chilled drink into the raspberry-dusted glass. Garnish with a large ice cube.

After you’ve tried Lady in Red, sip on something pink, like Landes’ Love in Peru. It's made with pisco, Combier Liqueur de Rose, lemon, coconut syrup, and coconut cream. Recipe: 1.5 oz pisco 3/4 oz Combier Liqueur de Rose 3/4 oz lemon 1/2 oz coconut syrup 1/2 oz coconut cream Directions: Add all ingredients to shaker that's filled completely with ice and shake vigorously.
