With so many beaches, bays and other bodies of water around Florida, bringing guests into a garden setting is a nice change. The Hotel has just the place—a sweet on-premise garden area where as many as 350 guests can enjoy tropical breezes, date palms, lovely flowers and a calming fountain as they mingle on the covered patio and inner and outer gardens. Crush-dyed cushions in shades of blue, aqua and green were done by designer Todd Oldham. And with the recent addition of chef Michael Bloise, Wish, The Hotel's in-house restaurant, offers outstanding catering options. If a larger space is necessary, utilize the inside portion of the Hotel also—it offers a total [indoor/outdoor] of 3,000 square feet.
