TEAMBUILDING: Cooking Classes Offered at Two Chefs

Two Chefs, an eight-year-old restaurant in South Miami, has always offered cooking classes. But since last month it has also offered companies and private groups the opportunity to learn how to work as a team and, in the process, create delicious dishes. Each two-hour class, taught by chef Jan Jorgenson or another member of the kitchen staff, takes place in an 1,800-square-foot private classroom where as many as 30 people can learn how to effectively work together to whip up dinner.
