Michelle Bernstein, former chef of Azul at the Mandarin Oriental Miami hotel, joined the China Grill management team and will be the chef consultant for two new ventures: Social Miami at the Sagamore Hotel in Miami Beach and Social Hollywood at the Hollywood Athletic Club in Los Angeles.
