Since moving on from Serena, the bar named for her under the Chelsea Hotel, caterer and bon vivant Serena Bass hasn’t had a place to hold court. But she tells us she has something in the works: a bar near her home and office in the meatpacking district. The prospective name is Sereniffima, and Bass plans to serve desserts and open it as a kid-friendly spot during the day.
