It's part of the buffet. It's part of the decor. Well, actually, it's both. Fresh & French offers a fragrant and tasty alternative to typical crudité or dessert displays. The Miami-based company, established in November, can create bouquets, trees, baskets, wreaths, company logos, and just about anything else you can think of using fresh fruit, vegetables, flowers, or a combination of the three. The strawberry tree (pictured) can be as small as one foot tall or as large as four feet. Place a chocolate fountain next to a vignette of these edible trees, and dessert becomes decor. It's ideal for maximizing a tight budget. Orders should be placed 24 hours in advance to ensure the freshest product. Prices start at $15.
