New Chef Joins Historic Hotel

This month, the Biltmore Hotel welcomed Tim Keating as the new executive chef of Palme d'Or. Keating will work with the restaurant's culinary team, headed by chef Philippe Ruiz. Keating was the executive chef at the Four Seasons Hotel, Houston for eight years, before joining the Biltmore.
