NYT: Pigs Are Back; Sonnier Gets New Chef

This just in from today's Times: "Without pigs in blankets, it seems, no black tie cocktail hour is complete." In fact, says Glorious Food's Sean Driscoll, "They're back with a vengeance!" Noted.

Also in the food section: After four years at Oceana, Cornelius Gallagher has joined caterer Sonnier & Castle as executive chef. He'll no doubt go right to work wrapping tiny hot dogs in puff pastry.
