Tentation Potel & Chabot New York has a new executive chef, Alexis Revidat. Revidat comes from the firm’s flagship office in Paris, where he worked in the Pavillion Kleber, the Hotel d’Evreux, and Pavillion d’Armenonville, before becoming executive chef of the company’s off-premise division.
