In August, former South Florida server, bartender, DJ, and manager Scott Fox decided to go the entrepreneurial route and purchase Cafe Bellino, a popular Italian restaurant. He has since added a full bar, attained a liquor license, renamed and refurnished the outdoor patio, and fine-tuned the kitchen with longtime Executive Chef Patricia Bourre Newman.
