Who’s Doing What: Knies, Sayes

Marissa Knies left Fingerprint Communications this week after four years. She’ll start in January as the director of marketing and PR at the Dolce Group.

Drew Sayes, most recently restaurant sous chef at the Four Seasons Hotel Chicago and previously chef de cuisine at the Ritz-Carlton, Dearborn, is the new chef de cuisine at Jer-ne Restaurant & Bar at the Ritz-Carlton, Marina del Rey. Chef Sayes’s menu will feature regional California cuisines.
