Govind Armstrong Celebrates His First Cook Book

Table 8 executive chef Govind Armstrong recently released his book Small Bites, Big Nights, in which he discusses how to pair a menu of small, sophisticated dishes with the perfect cocktail. A two-hour cocktail party to celebrate the book's release will take place August 28 at the Crown, and will be catered by Table 8 with cocktails by Oronoco Rum. A past guest on the Food Network's Iron Chef America, Armstrong has also designed menus for Hollywood hot spots RokBar and L'Scorpion, and he will be present to sign copies of the book at this nighttime event.
